l0 l5 20 25 30 that packaging * can be stored in a safe way, that they are easily accessible and the storage enables relevant hygiene-related requirements to be met, otherwise the consequence in a worse case may be bacterial spread, and in a less serious case that remaining articles must discard if there is a risk of more items being removed than intentionally, which in turn can easily result in them being put back in the packaging, especially if many items are accidentally removed.
In many devices it becomes more or less necessary, for example, to hold the package in place in the holder with one hand, while pulling an article out of the packaging opening with the other hand. Among other things, it leads to the packaging is taken with hands that are not clean or hygienic and set requirements become difficult to meet, except that it is also impractical to have to use two hands.
WO 0 074 530 discloses a holder for glove packs intended for wall mounting. This holder comprises units which act as springs which are to load a package from above, in a side plane perpendicular to the vertical plane where the opening of the package is 'located', in order thus to solve problems of displacing or falling out of the positions of packages when removing articles. . However, this retention is not sufficient, and it has been found that removing an article easily leads to one or more articles following and falling to the floor, partly because the opening is in a vertical plane, partly because the retention capacity is insufficient. . Items that are affected must be discarded, which means unnecessary waste, but in the worst case they may remain in .10 l5 20 25 30 or put back in the packaging, which meant that the requirements for cleanliness or hygiene are not met, without all items being affected. A common way to prevent this is to keep the packaging and top article that must remain in the holder, which also means that hygiene and / or cleanliness requirements are not met.
In addition. the articles do not become easily accessible partly due to the design of the holder itself, and at least as much due to the resilient units, which also means that often two hands have to be used.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a solution to one or more of the above-mentioned problems and to provide a device by which one or more of the problems can be solved. A special goal is to provide a device that facilitates the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while. it is easy to remove articles from a packaging opening on a package placed in the holding device.
A special goal is to reduce the risk of more articles being affected when an article is taken out. provide another to be carried with, Another goal is that the holding device that holds packaging in place in such a way that it is possible to take out items * with. use 'of only. one hand, is skewed, without the packaging items being inadvertently dragged along, and this regardless of the degree of filling in the packaging. lO l5 20 25 30 It is also. a goal to specify a device 'son1 is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, compact and also durable.
A further special aim is to provide a device which is environmentally friendly, such as. exhibits logistical advantages in terms of storage and transport, and which are preferably recyclable.
Another special object is to provide a device which is flexible and easy to assemble. Another special object is to provide a device which allows simplified access to articles in a package compared to hitherto known devices, and which is ergonomic.
Therefore, a holding device of the type indicated at the outset is provided, which has the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments are indicated by the features specified in the subclaims.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in the following, in a non-limiting manner, and with reference to the accompanying figures, in which: Fig. 1 shows, in perspective, a first embodiment of a holding device according to the invention, Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of a holding device according to the invention, Fig. 3 shows a further alternative embodiment of a holding device according to the invention, Fig. 3A shows a side view of the holding device in Fig. 3 Fig. 4 shows an alternative embodiment of a holding device, Figs. Fig. 5 shows a further alternative embodiment of the invention, and Fig. 6 shows another embodiment of a pouring device with different pouring elements.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION Fig. 1 shows a holding device 100 with a frame structure 10 comprising two parallel frame elements 11,11 which run parallel to each other in substantially vertical joints when the holding device is in mounted position. In the embodiment shown, the frame elements 11,11 are mounted at their upper ends at an upper mounting element 44 for, for example, mounting on a wall, here using screws (not shown) inserted through dedicated heels 49 in the mounting element 44.
The mounting element may be designed in any suitable manner for attachment to. wall, molding, bed, e.d. In the example shown, the installation element has a double function and also comprises, or is combined with, a separate mounting element 46 for mounting on a strip or ramp intended for equipment in intensive care, a so-called IVA list. In different embodiments of the invention, the mounting element can either consist of a simple mounting element for mounting in a special context, of two or more mounting elements mounted to the frame structure for different functions, fixed, or replaceable, or in one piece, or of a combined mounting element for several functions.
In an exemplary embodiment not shown, the upper outer ends of the frame elements 11,11 are angled downwards in the stable for upwards as in Fig. 1, and are in the same plane as, and are directed in the same direction as, lower spirits of the frame elements, and can e.g. simply inserted into grooves in the respective mounting elements arranged, for example, on a cradle vertically one above the other, which enables a holding device to be easily mounted.
In the example shown, the frame elements 11,11 have free lower spirits (have named lower ones because they are located in its lower part after mounting the holding device), which are mounted at, mountable at, or in one piece with, a lower mounting element 45. The frame structure 10 comprises two frame elements 11,11 with said upper and lower duct portions which extend or terminate in, one and the same plane, forming a rear plane (for example in mounted position in a rock plane).
The frame elements consist of wire-shaped material of metal, especially advantageously of stainless steel, but other materials are of course also possible.
In the opposite spirits of the outer ends of the free upper end portions, the frame elements (wire elements) are angled, at rear support points B ', B' to form an angle d with the rear plane exceeding 100 °, preferably between 120 ° and 160 ° , even more advantageously the needle l30 ° and l55 °, even more especially the needle l42 ° and l55 °.
Leaning at this angle, the frame elements 11, 11 extend a distance which is included in and forms a bottom support section 2 which is to form a bottom support for the bottom side of a package 50, i.e. the side opposite a side provided with an opening 51.
After said distance, the frame elements ll, ll are here angled, in folding points A ', A' and extend in the direction of the rear plane, after which they in this plane, at lower, rear support points B ', B' in the same plane as the rear support points B ", B" are again angled, to merge into the lower end sections or outer end portions, which run parallel in the rear plane, or are suitably mounted to the lower mounting elements or element 45 in the rear plane.
In the example shown in Fig. 1, the holding device 100 comprises a holding element 20 which here consists of a bent wire-shaped element, preferably of stainless steel. The holding element 20 consists of a bent wire with two parallel side branches 20 ', 20' which form a first lower support section 1 which extends in a plane which is perpendicular to the plane in which the bottom support section 2 extends, i.e. perpendicular to the bottom support section 2. The two the side branches comprise two first branch sections 1 ', 1' which are connected by a connecting branch 1m in this example perpendicular to the two first branch sections 1 ', 1'. The plane sonl is formed through. the side sections 1 ', 1' and the connecting branch 10 form a relationship to the lower support section 1 which is perpendicular to thus the bottom support section 2. After, here, a 90 ° 10 15 20 25 30 these merge into a second form a curvature of the first branch sections, branch sections 1 ", 1" which are arranged to front support section 3. The front branch sections 1 ", 1" are arranged to abut against the upper side, with an opening 51 provided with a package 50 placed in the holding element 20.
In the example shown, * the front branch sections 1 ", 1" change after, here, a bend on. 90 ° in the plane, and a. further bend at 90 ° in the direction of the rear plane, in the third side branch section 1 "', 1"' forming side support sections 4,4.
The angles between the first, second and third branch sections may be different, as long as. the lower, first branch sections 1 ', 1' delimit or lie in a plane 1 which forms substantially 90 ° with the bottom support plane 2, the second branch sections lie in or delimit a plane which is substantially parallel to the bottom support plane 1, and the third frame sections lie in parallel planes perpendicular to these planes. In some embodiments, see Fig. 7 below, the side support sections can be dispensed with.
Due to the design with wire elements (the flexibility can also be achieved with elements designed in a different way, eg flat spring steel or other strip-shaped element) and that the third frame sections have free outer ends, the holding elements become partially flexible and resilient laterally, which means that the holding element becomes adaptable to different packaging widths. With the use of spring steel, flexibility can also be achieved in depth, here with regard to packaging thickness.
In the example shown, the holding element 20 is connected to the frame section 1 in such a way that the connecting branch 10 is fixed, for example welded, at the folding points. A, A. (son1 especially forms 90 ° angles) on the back of the frame structure at these points. These angles can of course be both larger and smaller than 90 °.
Fig. 2 shows a holding device 200 which comprises two holding elements 20, 21 which correspond to the holding element 20 described with reference to Fig. 1, and therefore not described in more detail here. The frame structure 10A, substantially corresponds to the frame structure 10 in Fig. 1, but is elongated and includes intermediate folding point A and intermediate rear support point B, so that instead two bottom support sections 2,2 are formed which, in assembled condition, are vertically arranged relative to each other so that two packages can be arranged vertically one above the other so that its sides provided with openings end up in an upwardly, outwardly angled position which makes it very easy to remove an article.
The inclination, which applies to all exemplary embodiments, is such that it becomes both easier to obtain an article, and therefore it becomes possible to arrange the holding device at a lower both height, as the packaging openings through the angle become easily accessible from above and visible. The holding device 200 can in other respects be varied in the corresponding manner as described with reference to Fig. 1.
The first frame sections 1 ', 1' (the lower support section 1) of the holding element 20 (when it forms a holding element which is not the lowest in the embodiments shown) propagate as a continuation of a plane formed by the frame elements 11, 11 between the folding points A, A and the rear support points B, B.) 10 15 20 25 30 10 Fig. 2A shows the device 200 seen from the side. The rear plane is dashed in Fig. 2, the angle d is shown between the respective bottom support sections 2,2 (the bottom support planes formed by sections of the two frame sections between the rear support points B ', B and the folding points A, A') and said rear plane . also the right angles between 1.1 and 1.1.
Fig. 2A shows the bottom support section 2.2 and the respective lower support section. The outer ends: on ck; free frame sections 4.4 are * provided here with external protection of plastic or the like; this is of course not necessary, but they can be completely without protection or be bent in a suitable way, e.g. form a circle or similar so that no sharp edges are formed.
Fig. 3 shows a pouring device 300 corresponding to that described with reference to Fig. 2, with the difference that the frame structure 10B is longer and that it comprises three holding elements 20, 21, 22 which in the mounted position of the pouring device are * vertically above each other . In addition, the upper mounting member 44 in this example is designed for wall mounting only, i.e. the device here does not comprise a combined mounting element for wall mounting and for mounting, for example, on a strip. It should be clear, however, that in this, as in other examples, many different types of recording elements can be used.
Similarly, Fig. 4 shows a holding device 400 which instead 20,21,22,23. comprises a frame structure 10C with four pouring elements. In this case, the upper mounting frame is. a combined mounting element 44,46. The holding device is not limited. What. this applies to the number of holding elements, but there can also be more.
Fig. 5 shows a holding device 500 where the frame structure 1OD is provided with a rail 12 which extends adjacent the rear plane and which is designed to press the 12 'packages against the front support portion so that the holding capacity is further improved, in particular to ensure an even better retention capacity when the packages contain only a few articles, and thus becomes lighter and thus could more easily fall out of the holding element 2OD, 2OD 'when articles are pulled out, even if the risk is small with a holding device as described above.
However, it may be more important in cases where no side support sections are used as shown in Fig. 5.
It is, however. of course it is possible to use a rail as additional safety even in cases where side support sections are used (not shown).
Furthermore, the front support section 3D shown in Fig. 5 is differently designed, with a front part, or a front branch section which is connected via a semicircular or which has the shape of a semi-oval or other suitable shape which can, for example, surround the opening on a loaded package. , which may be advantageous, for example, if further improved retention in the forward direction is desired, perpendicular to the opening side, if a protection of the packaging material around a part of the opening or in the opening area is desired, or if certain surfaces are to be clearly visible. Because no side sections are included, the flexibility in terms of packaging width becomes even greater.
Finally, Fig. 6 shows a holding device 600 with holding elements where the front support sections 3E, 3E are formed by front frame sections which are angled from the lower frame sections (alternatively, not shown, obliquely, apart, outwards) obliquely outwards towards the respective points where they is angled 90 ° and merges into the fourth frame sections. son1 forms side support sections * 4E, 4E for each holder element.
In alternative embodiments, the holding elements can be designed in many different ways, they do not have to be made of wire-shaped material, but they can be of strip-shaped material, cover entire sections, but also be wire baskets or plastic holders or the like. They can also be detachably arranged at the frame structure, possibly with locking means which secure them in position, or can be snapped on via a snap-in mechanism or the like. The frame structure can also be designed differently and for instance consist of band-shaped elements or an entire plate or of telescopic-shaped elements which can be pressed into each other so that the holding device can be extended or shortened if necessary to be able to include more or fewer holding elements.
It is an advantage of the invention that a secure retention of packages in a holding device is provided, and that access to articles is facilitated by the angular position which makes the openings extremely easily accessible, which also prevents articles from falling out when pulling out an article. The inclination also means that holding devices can be placed at a lower height compared to known devices because articles are pulled out obliquely upwards, which is also advantageous from an ergonomic point of view.
Due to their design, the holding devices are stackable, which is advantageous from both a storage point of view and from a transport point of view, and which thereby has environmental advantages. If production is also made of, for example, stainless steel, this can be recycled to 100%, which is also an environmental benefit.
Due to its design, the holding device also becomes compact and occupies a small wall surface during wall mounting compared to known devices. It can also be provided with different types of mounting elements that enable mounting on trolleys, benches, etc., and the angle of inclination nevertheless allows simplified access to the articles in the package. The mounting elements can be combined for different mounting options, or intended for a special mounting method.
OH1 spring steel is used j. The holding elements can also1 an increased flexibility is obtained, even in depth, so that they can thus be used for different types and sizes of packages.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments shown but can be freely varied within the scope of the appended claims. If the holding elements are detachably arranged, it is also possible to use holding elements for different dimensions of packages in one and the same holding devices, for example packages for e.g. disposable gloves and packaging for mouth protection.
